Depending on the material, we cut in thicknesses from 0.1mm to 200mm. Our machinery includes equipment from the market leaders Trumpf® and Bystronic®. Here we work in two-shift operation and guarantee high production quality with short cycle times.
On our CNC turning and milling machines, in the area of 3- and 5-axis machining, all relevant machining processes are carried out by trained personnel and dealt with in a customer-oriented manner. Our up to 5-axis simultaneous programming guarantees smooth machining in two-shift operation.
In our classic field of metalworking with profound experience in welding, bending and other metal work, our work is certified and of high quality and carried out in two-shift operation. With the MIG, MAG and TIG welding processes in use, we are able to produce welding assemblies and components made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium, also utilising automatic welding. Of course, we also carry out all associated work such as countersinking, thread cutting and deburring. Our finishing machines, boring mills and sawing machines also help here.
With the support of modern design software of the company Dassault Systèmes®, we develop drafts as well as detailed and exploded-view drawings. We can effortlessly process the 2D and 3D data provided by our customers and thus optimally support your projects. At the same time, we remain flexible in our own work preparation.
Our forming department includes several machines, including the market leader Trumpf®. We bend your components from small to large with up to 175T force. Here, too, work is carried out in two-shift operation in order to enable flexibility and a consistent manufacturing strategy.
Together with our partners we realise your specification of colouring, surface protection and preparation for further processing of the materials. We will gladly advise you in detail regarding your specific enquiries.
This includes powder coating, galvanising, hot-dip galvanising, hardening and annealing as well as painting and anodising.
